Mynte er ogsså nydelig i en smoothie! Opprinnelsesland Norge Helseinnhold Mynte er svært rik på kostfiber, vitamin A i form av betakaroten, vitamin C og folat. Den inneholder også bioflavonoider som er bra for helsen. Bruksområde Frisk mynte brukes sammen med fisk, kylling, kjøtt og i desserter og som pynt på desserttallerkener. Lagring Mynte trenger mye lys. Legg en liten bit oasis i en potteskjuler og sett planten oppi. Den trenger næring og vann, men la den gjerne tørke litt mellom vanningene slik at den ikke «drukner». Den vannes alltid på skål. Smak Smaken på de forskjellige artene varierer noe, men de har alle en svak eller sterk myntesmak.",
