Bruksområde Rosmarin brukes i retter med kjøtt, spesielt lam. Tomatsauser, ovnsstekt fisk, sauser og salater smaker også nydelig med rosmarin. Lagring Rosmarin trenger mye lys. Legg en liten bit oasis i en potteskjuler og sett planten oppi. Den trenger næring og vann, men la den gjerne tørke litt mellom vanningene slik at den ikke «drukner». Den vannes alltid på skål.
